Traditionell landet am 11. November eine Martinsgans auf dem Esstisch. Der Legende nach teilte vor über 1.600 Jahren ein römischer Soldat an einem kalten Wintertag seinen Mantel mit einem Bettler und rettete ihn so vor dem Tod.
Bei uns gibt es ab sofort Gans & Ente auf der Speisekarte. Einfach Bestellung abholen oder liefern lassen.
